Questions
Before your first workout.
Straight answers about meal scanning, workout logging and what is included.
What is FitPulse?
FitPulse is an iPhone fitness app for workout logging, nutrition and recovery. It combines training plans, sets and rest timers, meal logging, and an AI coach in one place.
What can I use for free?
Food search, barcode lookup and manual logging stay free. The standard Free plan includes 5 combined photo, label or voice meal scans for the lifetime of the account, 5 Coach messages per week, and 1 physique analysis for the lifetime of the account.
How accurate is a meal photo estimate?
AI estimates ingredients and portions from what it can see. Hidden oils, sauces and portion sizes can change the result. Review and edit the logged estimate; use package nutrition or weighed ingredients when you need a more precise reference.
Can I correct a meal scan?
Yes. You can edit the meal’s ingredients, amounts and totals. Eligible photo scans also offer Fix result: explain the correction to refine that original estimate. Each original charged photo scan allows up to 3 refinements without consuming another meal-scan allowance.
What does the workout tracker record?
You can log exercises, sets, weights and reps, see previous sets, and use rest timers. Completed sessions appear in workout history. Training plans use the weekly training days you choose, including planned rest days.
Do I have to connect Apple Health?
No. Apple Health access is optional. If you choose to connect it, FitPulse can read supported health data for recovery and activity context. You choose which permissions to grant; FitPulse does not write data to Apple Health.
How does FitPulse Pro work?
Pro is available through monthly or yearly subscriptions. It provides unlimited AI scans, Coach conversations and physique analyses in the app experience, subject to safety limits. Check the App Store purchase screen for your price, renewal terms and any eligible offer.
Which devices and languages are supported?
FitPulse is available for iPhone. These website examples are translated previews; the released app currently uses English. Check the App Store for current compatibility and app language support before downloading.
